• Appointment of Grand Khadi and Khadis of the Shariah Court
• Ensuring a conducive atmosphere for dispensation of justice by the Shariah Court
• Ensuring that the Shariah Court is discharging its function in accordance with its jurisdictional power.
• Provision of practice and procedure for the Shariah Court
• Zakat collection and distribution to reduce poverty among the muslims.
